Aleesha Young has established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder during the latter half of 2010s. Aleesha Young was born the year 1984 in a sporting family. Her father, along with her siblings, played ice-hockey, but her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha was also active in various sports like basketball, softball, and soccer. She began bodybuilding at the age of 15 young. Aleesha obtained her professional license following her win at the NPC USA Championships in 2014. The first time she competed was 2008, but she started competing since the year 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was placed 9th. In 2015 she held onto the 9th position. In 2015 and 2016, Aleesha was ranked sixth at her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha is consistently improving her performance since then she won her first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won the Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020 she had her most impressive WOS Rising-Phoenix performance as she was ranked 4th. In spite of this, "Worlds strongest mom", took a short break from the sport because of health concerns.
